Preparing for your consultation

1. Book: To make a booking, call (02) 9516 2911, or send us an enquiry.
2. Register: Complete the New Patient Form and send us a copy of your referral
3. Please bring:
   • A list of all medications and dosage
   • All current puffers, inhalers and spacers
   • List of previous X-rays and CT Scans and where you had them done
   • Your CPAP machine and a CPAP download.
4. Appointment Timing’s
   • For new patients, allow up to 1 hour for your first visit to our clinic: Spirometry (15 minutes) and Consultation (30-45 minutes).
   • For follow-up appointments, allow 30-45 minutes.
   • We ensure that all patients are given the appropriate time to manage their condition adequately.  As such, if we are running behind, your patience is appreciated.
