Respiratory and Sleep Physician

Dr Alan Teoh is a Respiratory and Sleep Physician and holds a staff specialist position at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. Dr. Teoh completed his medical degree with honours through the University of Tasmania. Dr. Teoh recently completed a PhD focusing on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis through the University of Sydney. He is a current fellow at the NHMRC-funded Centre of Excellence in Pulmonary Fibrosis Advanced Training Environment (CREATE) and is a member of its program advisory committee. He has co-authored and collaborated with leading international researchers on numerous peer-reviewed journal articles. He is also involved in clinical teaching of medical students and postgraduate training for physician trainees. Dr. Teoh has a subspecialty interest in interstitial lung diseases (ILD) and is a member of the RPA Hospital ILD unit. His clinical practice also covers a wide range of respiratory and sleep disorders such as respiratory infections, airways disease, lung cancer, obstructive sleep apnoea and other complex sleep disorders.
