Fees

Fees are payable at the time of consultation. Please inquire about our fees applicable to you when you make an appointment. We prefer credit card or EFTPOS.

Preparing for your appointment

• Please ensure you bring your referral and any medications including puffers and sprays with you.
• Please fill out the new patient form on this website.
• We ensure that all patients are given the appropriate amount of time to adequately manage their condition.  As such, if we are running behind, your patience is appreciated.

Cancellation/Non-attendance Policy

We appreciate that sometimes appointments may need to be changed. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness to both patients and doctors.

• A minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time is required for cancellation or changes to appointment times.
• Patients not attending or cancelling their appointment within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time will be charged a non-attendance fee.
• The non-attendance fee is $100 for a new consultation and $50 for a follow up consultation.
